Accommodation:

• .A/C rooms with deluxe accommodations.
• Check-in/out as per hotel policies.
• Room Occupancy: Twin, triple, or quad (with bed or mattress, subject to availability and advance booking).

Transportation:

• .Pick up and drop off: SIC/Group transportation for pickup and drop off.
• During Tour: Non-A/C vehicles used throughout the hill regions as per the tour itinerary.

Meals:

• .Cuisines: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner provided daily. Options include Gujarati, Punjabi, South Indian, and Kathiyawadi, all prepared by our Maharaj. Madurai Hotel Stay with .Breakfast, and dinner At Hotel Restaurant.
• .If the group booking has fewer than 25 passengers, only breakfast and dinner will be provided at the hotel
• .500ml bottled water provided three times daily.

• Any entry tickets.

• Full payment for train and flight tickets is required at the time of booking confirmation.
• Advance Rs. 5,000/- of the total booking amount is required for reconfirmation.
• 50% of the total booking amount must be paid 30 days prior to departure.
• The remaining balance must be paid 15 days before departure.

• 100-70 Days Before Departure: No charge.
• 69-60 Days Before Departure: INR 5,000 per person.
• 59-30 Days Before Departure: INR 10,000 per person.
• 29-15 Days Before Departure: 75% of the total booking amount.
• Within 14 Days of Departure: 100% of the total booking amount.
• In the event of a tour cancellation by a participant during the tour, no refund will be issued. Similarly, no refunds will be applicable in circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, Government or Administrative, roadblocks.
