Itinerary

Day 1: Delhi - Manali

In the evening, board the Manali-bound A/C Volvo Coach (580 Kms. / 12-13 Hrs.). Overnight on board. A/C Transportation  Meals: None Stay: Overnight on board

Day 2: Manali

On arrival in Manali, check into the hotel. Rest of the day is at leisure. Explore nature walks near a waterfall, trekable from the resort. Dinner & Overnight in the resort. Transportation: None Meals: Dinner Stay: Resort in Manali

Day 3: Solang Valley and Atal Tunnel

After breakfast, proceed for full-day sightseeing at Solang Valley, followed by Atal Tunnel (if operational) and Sissu Lake by private non-A/C car. In the evening, drive back to Manali. Transportation non-A/C car Meals: Breakfast, DinnerStay: Resort in Manali

Day 4: Manikaran Trip via Kullu and Kasol

After breakfast, proceed for a full-day Manikaran trip via Kullu and Kasol by private non-A/C car. Enjoy your dinner and overnight stay at the resort. Transportation  non-A/C car Meals: Breakfast, Dinner Stay: Resort in Manali

Day 5: Local Sightseeing and Departure

After breakfast, check out from the resort and proceed for half-day local sightseeing, including Hadimba Devi Temple, Old Manali Village, Club House, and Manu Temple. Later, drop at the bus stand to board the New Delhi-bound A/C Volvo Coach at around 4 PM (580 Kms. / 12-13 Hrs.).  Transportation or A/C Volvo Coach Meals: Breakfast Stay: Overnight on board

Day 6: Arrival in Delhi

Arrive in Delhi by early morning around 6-8 AM. Tour ends with sweet memories. Transportation  or A/C Volvo Coach Meals: None Stay: None

  • Accommodation:

    • Delhi - Manali - Delhi Volvo Tickets Complimentary Pickup and Drop From Bus Stand

    • During Tour: Non-A/C vehicles used throughout the hill regions as per the tour itinerary.

    • One Half Day Local Sightseeing including Hadimba devi temple, old manali village, club house, manu temple  by private non ac car

      One Full Day Solang valley sightseeing by private non ac car

      One Full Day Manikaran Trip via Kullu and Kasol by private non ac car (Not applicable from 1st May-30th June)

  • Meals:
    • Cuisines: Breakfast,, and dinner provided daily. Options include Gujarati, Punjabi, South Indian, and Kathiyawadi, all prepared by our Maharaj. Madurai  Hotel Stay with .Breakfast, and dinner At Hotel Restaurant
    • If the group booking has fewer than 25 passengers, only breakfast and dinner will be provided at the hotel

Exclusions

  • Train and flight tickets.
  • Any entry tickets.
  • VIP darshan and entry fees (if applicable).
  • Laundry and tips.
  • Pony and dolly charges.

  • Any other taxes or change as and when levied by the government shall be charged accordingly.

    Child upto 3yrs allowed in Volvo without Seat, If child age is above 3yrs then mandatory Volvo

    seats have to be purchased @ Rs 2500 per seat for Roundtri

Payment Policy

    • Full payment for train and flight tickets is required at the time of booking confirmation.
    • Advance  Rs. 5,000/- of the total booking amount is required for reconfirmation.
    • 50% of the total booking amount must be paid  30 days prior to departure.
    • The remaining balance must be paid  15 days before departure.

Cancellation Policy

    • Cancellation Policy :-

      If canceled or modified 7 Days in advance from the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

      If canceled or modified between 7-3 in advance from the date of arrival, 50%  retention will be charged.

      If canceled or modified less than 3 Days in advance from the date of arrival then the full price of the reservation will be charged.

      For Any long weekend like Republic Day, Holi, Diwali, 22Dec-02Jan or any other peak, Any Cancellation received 15 days in advance, no fee will be charged, If Canceled within 15 days 100% retention will be applicable

      Group Cancellation Policy (Above 10 Rooms), Any Cancellation received 30 days in advance, no fee will be charged, If Canceled within 30 days 100% retention will be applicable

    All cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds will be processed via Cheque, NEFT, or RTGS only.
