Itinerary

Day 1: Delhi to Haridwar (220km, 7-8 hours)

Departure from Delhi Cantt at 6:30 AM. Check-in at hotel in Haridwar. Attend Ganga Aarti at Har-Ki-Pauri. Night stay in Haridwar (L/D).

Day 2: Haridwar to Barkot (200km, 8-9 hours)

Morning departure to Barkot. Check-in at hotel. Night stay in Barkot (B+L+D).

Day 3: Yamunotri Temple (30km, 2 hours)

Travel to Janaki Chatti, then Yamunotri by doli/ghoda (own expense). Darshan at Yamunotri. Return to Barkot for night stay (B+ Pack L+D).

Day 4: Barkot to Uttarkashi (110km, 5-6 hours)

Depart for Uttarkashi. Visit Kashi Vishwanath Temple. Night stay in Uttarkashi (B+L+D).

Day 5: Uttarkashi to Gangotri (100 km, 4-5 hours)

Travel to Gangotri. Darshan of Ganga Mata Temple and Ganga snan. Return to Uttarkashi for night stay (B+L+D).

Day 6: Uttarkashi to Phatta (224km, 10-11 hours)

Morning departure to Phatta. Visit Rudraprayag on the way. Night stay in Phatta (B+L+D).

Day 7: Phatta to Kedarnath (30km)

Travel to Gaurikund and then to Kedarnath by doli/helicopter. Darshan of Lord Kedarnath. day pbf-day Trip Night stay in Phatta( Kedar night Stay Own Exp)  (B+ Pack L+D).

Day 8: Kedarnath to Phatta (23km)

Morning return to Phatta. Night stay in Phatta (B+D).

Day 9: Phatta to Badrinath (219km, 10-11 hours)

Morning departure to Badrinath. Check-in at hotel and optional leisure time. Night stay in Badrinath (B+L+D).

Day 10: Badrinath to Pipalkoti (75km, 5-6 hours)

Visit hot springs and Lord Badrinath Temple. Sightseeing at Mana Village (Saraswati River, Ganesh Temple, Bhim Pul). Travel to Pipalkoti. Night stay in Pipalkoti (B+L+D).

Day 11: Pipalkoti to Haridwar (245km, 9-10 hours)

Morning departure to Haridwar. Visit Devprayag and Rishikesh on the way. Night stay in Haridwar (B+L+D).

Day 12: Haridwar to Delhi

Departure for Delhi, with drop-off at either Haridwar or New Delhi Railway Station. End of the tour (B Only).

Inclusions

  • Accommodation:
    • Haridwar: 3-star hotel, A/C rooms.
    • Kedarnath: Dormitory (6, 8, or 10 beds), tent, or Bhavan stay (on personal expense).
    • Chardham: Deluxe accommodations (non-star hotels).
    • Check-in/out: As per hotel policies.
    • Room Occupancy: Twin, triple, or quad (with bed or mattress, subject to availability and advance booking).
  • Transportation:
    • Pickup: From Delhi Cantt Railway Station by A/C vehicle to Haridwar hotel (SIC/Group).
    • Drop-off: From Haridwar hotel by A/C vehicle to New Delhi Railway Station.
    • During Tour: Non-A/C vehicles throughout the hill regions, as per the tour itinerary.
  • Meals:
    • As Per Meal Plane Selected Above

Exclusions

  • Train and flight tickets.
  • Helicopter tickets.
  • VIP darshan and entry fees (if any).
  • Laundry and tips.
  • Pony and dolly charges.

Important Notes

  • Helicopter Bookings: Passengers must book online with authorized operators including Pawan Hans, Himalayan Heli, Heritage Aviation, UT Air, Arrow Aircraft, and GMVN Ltd.
  • Helicopter Flights: Subject to weather conditions and schedule changes.
  • Alternative Transportation: If helicopter flights are canceled, passengers are responsible for arranging their own transport to Kedarnath and ensuring timely arrival at the next destination.
  • Helipad & Ground Logistics:
    • Helipad: No refreshment facilities available; passengers must cover expenses for travel between the helipad and hotel.
    • Gaurikund to Kedarnath: It is recommended to use horses for the 4-hour journey.

This provides a detailed overview of the planned accommodations throughout the Char Dham Yatra tour.

Payment Policy

  • Full payment for train and flight tickets is required at the time of booking confirmation.
  • 25% of the total booking amount is due for reconfirmation.
  • 50% of the total booking amount must be paid 30 days prior to departure.
  • The remaining balance must be paid 15 days before departure.

Cancellation Policy

  • 100-70 Days Before Departure: No charge.
  • 69-60 Days Before Departure: INR 5,000 per pax.
  • 59-30 Days Before Departure: INR 10,000 per pax.
  • 29-15 Days Before Departure: 75% of the total booking amount.
  • Within 14 Days of Departure: 100% of the total booking amount.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds will be processed via Cheque, NEFT, or RTGS only.
