Itinerary

Flight Operations

• All flights will be conducted in strict accordance with the rules stipulated by the Director General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) and Air Traffic Control.
• The helicopter will be used solely for legal activities and must not violate any government regulations.
• For flight safety, the pilot's or Chief of Operations' decisions regarding weather suitability and the condition of take-off and landing helipads will be final and undisputed.

Payment Terms

• Bookings require a 50% deposit of the total amount in advance.
• The remaining balance must be paid 20 days before arrival in Dehradun.
• Passengers will not be permitted to board the flight or commence the tour unless full payment has been made.

Baggage and Timing

• Passengers are advised not to carry large suitcases due to limited baggage space in the helicopter.
• Travel vouchers are valid only upon receipt of full payment by SPIRITUAL UTTARAKHAND before the journey begins.
• Passengers must adhere to the given timings; late arrivals may result in the flight departing without them, with no refunds issued.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

• Rescheduling and cancellations made 30 days prior to the travel date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made 21 days prior will incur a 50% charge of the total tour cost.
• Cancellations made 17 days prior will receive a 30% refund.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this period or for no-shows.

Weight and Capacity

• Passenger weight is critical for helicopter flights. Incorrect weight declarations may result in cancellation of the booking at the time of boarding.
• The maximum seating capacity is 6 passengers plus 1 crew member.
• Only one baggage item weighing up to 5 kg is allowed per passenger. Suitcases or additional luggage are not permitted.

Force Majeure and Weather Conditions

• Flying in hilly regions is subject to bad weather and other unforeseen factors such as delayed Air Traffic Clearances, VVIP movements, and technical issues. Passengers must be prepared for any eventuality.
• If the first flight from Dehradun to Yamunotri is canceled due to bad weather, efforts will be made to accommodate passengers the next day. If weather conditions persist, the trip will be canceled, and a refund will be issued within 15 days, deducting accommodation, meals, transport, and flight planning charges.

Additional Considerations

• Passengers are advised to carry heavy woolen clothing due to potentially low temperatures in the evenings and nights.
• It is recommended to have an additional day available in Dehradun to manage any inconveniences due to bad weather or force majeure scenarios.
• This is a Daily Fixed Departure Helicopter tour with fixed departure timings. Passengers must report at the scheduled times; otherwise, they will be considered a no-show.

General

• All terms and conditions of the Heli Company will be valid.
• Hotels are subject to change without prior notice.
• Passengers may be shuffled between helicopters to manage weight for safe flying.
