Itinerary

Day 1: Katra

Arrive in Katra by train or air based on convenience. After arrival, relax at the hotel. Overnight stay in Katra.

Day 2: Srinagar

After breakfast at 7 AM, depart from Katra to Srinagar. Overnight stay in Srinagar.

Day 3: Gulmarg Day Trip

After breakfast at 8 AM, depart from Srinagar to Gulmarg. Enjoy horse riding, the gondola, skiing, and other sightseeing at your own expense. Return to the hotel in Srinagar for an overnight stay.

Day 4: Sonmarg Day Trip

After breakfast at 8 AM, depart from Srinagar to Sonmarg. Enjoy horse riding and sightseeing at Zero Point at your own expense. Return to the hotel in Srinagar for an overnight stay.

Day 5: Srinagar Local Sightseeing

After breakfast at 7:30 AM, enjoy a shikara ride on Dal Lake and return to the hotel. After lunch, visit the famous Nishat Garden, Shalimar Garden, Chashme Shahi Garden, Mughal Garden, Tulip Garden, and Shankaracharya Temple for sightseeing (at your own expense). Overnight stay in Srinagar.

Day 6: Pahalgam

After breakfast at 7:30 AM, depart from Srinagar to Pahalgam. After checking into the hotel and having lunch, enjoy horse riding in Chandanwadi, Betaab Valley, Aru Valley, and Baisaran Valley. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Pahalgam.

Day 7: Katra

After breakfast at 7:30 AM, have lunch at 11 AM and then depart for Katra. Overnight stay in Katra.

Day 8: Katra

Early in the morning, after breakfast at 5 AM, depart for the darshan of Mata Vaishno Devi. After the darshan, return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Katra.

Day 9: Drop

Early in the morning, after breakfast, depart from Katra to Jammu at your own expense.

Inclusions

  • Accommodation:
    • A/C rooms with deluxe accommodations.
    • Check-in/out as per hotel policies.
    • Room Occupancy: Twin, triple, or quad (with bed or mattress, subject to availability and advance booking).
  • Transportation:
    • Pickup and Drop-off: SIC/Group transportation for pickup and drop-off.
    • During Tour: Non-A/C vehicles used throughout the hill regions as per the tour itinerary.

Exclusions

  • Train and flight tickets.
  • Any entry tickets.
  • VIP darshan and entry fees (if applicable).
  • Laundry and tips.
  • Pony and dolly charges.

Payment Policy

  • Full payment for train and flight tickets is required at the time of booking confirmation.
  • 25% of the total booking amount is required for reconfirmation.
  • 50% of the total booking amount must be paid 30 days prior to departure.
  • The remaining balance must be paid 15 days before departure.

Cancellation Policy

  • 100-70 Days Before Departure: No charge.
  • 69-60 Days Before Departure: INR 5,000 per person.
  • 59-30 Days Before Departure: INR 10,000 per person.
  • 29-15 Days Before Departure: 75% of the total booking amount.
  • Within 14 Days of Departure: 100% of the total booking amount.

All cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds will be processed via Cheque, NEFT, or RTGS only.
