Itinerary

Day 1: Delhi to Haridwar (220 km, 7-8 hours)

Departure from Delhi Cantt at 6:30 AM.Check-in at hotel in Haridwar.Attend Ganga Aarti at Har-Ki-Pauri. Night stay: Haridwar (L/D).

Day 2: Haridwar to Barkot (200 km, 8-9 hours)

Morning departure to Barkot.Check-in at the hotel.Night stay: Barkot (B/L/D).

Day 3: Yamunotri Temple (30 km, 2 hours)

Travel to Janaki Chatti, then to Yamunotri by doli/ghoda (own expense).Darshan at Yamunotri. Return to Barkot for the night.Night stay: Barkot (B/Pack L/D).

Day 4: Barkot to Uttarkashi (110 km, 5-6 hours)

Depart for Uttarkashi.Visit Kashi Vishwanath Temple.Night stay: Uttarkashi (B/L/D).

Day 5: Uttarkashi to Gangotri (100 km, 4-5 hours)

Travel to Gangotri.Darshan of Ganga Mata Temple and Ganga Snan.Return to Uttarkashi. Night stay: Uttarkashi (B/L/D).

Day 6: Uttarkashi to Phatta (224 km, 10-11 hours)

Morning departure to Phatta.Visit Rudraprayag en route.Night stay: Phatta (B/L/D).

Day 7: Phatta to Kedarnath (30 km)

Early morning departure from Sitapur to Phatta (7 km).Travel by doli/helicopter (own expense) to Kedarnath. Darshan of Lord Kedarnath.Return to Phatta.Night stay: Phatta (B/L/D). (Kedarnath night stay is in dormitory style, with 6/8/10 bed sharing available).

Day 8: Phatta to Pipalkoti (219 km, 10-11 hours)

After a late return and rest, depart around 11 AM.Proceed to Pipalkoti after lunch. Check-in at the hotel, with optional leisure time in the evening. Night stay: Pipalkoti (B/L/D).

Day 9: Badrinath day pbf-day Trip (75 km, 5-6 hours)

Morning bath in the hot springs at Badrinath.Darshan of Lord Badrinath, perform seva/puja. Visit Mana Village for sightseeing (Saraswati River, Ganesh Temple, Bhim Pul).Return to Pipalkoti. Night stay: Pipalkoti (B/D).

Day 10: Pipalkoti to Haridwar (245 km, 9-10 hours)

Morning departure to Haridwar.Visit Devprayag and Rishikesh en route. Night stay: Haridwar (B/L/D).

Day 11: Haridwar to Delhi (approx. 220 km)

Depart for Delhi.Drop-off at Haridwar or New Delhi Railway Station.End of the tour.

  • Accommodation:
    • Haridwar: 3-star hotel, A/C rooms.
    • Kedarnath: Dormitory (6, 8, or 10 beds), tent, or Bhavan stay (on personal expense).
    • Chardham: Deluxe accommodations (non-star hotels).
    • Check-in/out: As per hotel policies.
    • Room Occupancy: Twin, triple, or quad (with bed or mattress, subject to availability and advance booking).
  • Transportation:
    • Pickup: From Delhi Cantt Railway Station by A/C vehicle to Haridwar hotel (SIC/Group).
    • Drop-off: From Haridwar hotel by A/C vehicle to New Delhi Railway Station.
    • During Tour: Non-A/C vehicles throughout the hill regions, as per the tour itinerary.
  • Meals:
    • As Per Meal Plane Selected Above

Exclusions

  • Train and flight tickets.
  • Helicopter tickets.
  • VIP darshan and entry fees (if any).
  • Laundry and tips.
  • Pony and dolly charges.

Important Notes

  • Helicopter Bookings: Passengers must book online with authorized operators including Pawan Hans, Himalayan Heli, Heritage Aviation, UT Air, Arrow Aircraft, and GMVN Ltd.
  • Helicopter Flights: Subject to weather conditions and schedule changes.
  • Alternative Transportation: If helicopter flights are canceled, passengers are responsible for arranging their own transport to Kedarnath and ensuring timely arrival at the next destination.
  • Helipad & Ground Logistics:
    • Helipad: No refreshment facilities available; passengers must cover expenses for travel between the helipad and hotel.
    • Gaurikund to Kedarnath: It is recommended to use horses for the 4-hour journey.

Payment Policy

  • Full payment for train and flight tickets is required at the time of booking confirmation.
  • 25% of the total booking amount is due for reconfirmation.
  • 50% of the total booking amount must be paid 30 days prior to departure.
  • The remaining balance must be paid 15 days before departure.

Cancellation Policy

  • 100-70 Days Before Departure: No charge.
  • 69-60 Days Before Departure: INR 5,000 per pax.
  • 59-30 Days Before Departure: INR 10,000 per pax.
  • 29-15 Days Before Departure: 75% of the total booking amount.
  • Within 14 Days of Departure: 100% of the total booking amount.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds will be processed via Cheque, NEFT, or RTGS only.
