Itinerary:

Day 01 : Arrival at Jammu/Katra

Due to local taxi union restrictions at Jammu/Katra Railway Station, all tourists must reach our hotel in Jammu or Katra directly from the respective railway stations. Our company’s services will begin from there. If the first night’s stay is in Katra, a complimentary 2x2 Non-A.C. bus will depart from Jammu to Katra at 7:10 PM (only once). Travelers must reach the Jammu hotel on their own from the railway station or airport. Meals: [D] Stay: Jammu/Katra

Day 02 : Jammu/Katra to Srinagar (250 km / 8 hrs)

Depart from Jammu/Katra at 7:00 AM for Srinagar. Upon arrival at the Srinagar hotel, enjoy a Shikara ride in the evening (at your own expense). Meals: [B, D] Stay: Srinagar

Day 03 : Srinagar to Gulmarg (55 km / 2 hrs)

Depart for Gulmarg and enjoy Gondola ride (ropeway) and Khilanmarg at your own expense. Online tickets for Gulmarg ropeway should be booked 1 month in advance via www.jammukashmircablecar.com for time slot after 11 AM (own expense). Lunch not provided due to long queues and sightseeing time. Meals: [B, D] Stay: Gulmarg

Day 04 : Srinagar to Sonmarg (80 km / 3 hrs)

After breakfast (7:30 AM), depart for Sonmarg. After arrival and lunch at hotel, visit Thajiwas Glacier by horse (own expense). Meals: [B, L, D] Stay: Sonmarg

Day 05 : Sonmarg to Srinagar (80 km / 3 hrs)

Check out at 8:00 AM and return to Srinagar. En route visit Shalimar Bagh, Nishat Bagh and Chashme Shahi Garden. Enjoy lunch and relax at hotel on arrival. Meals: [B, L, D] Stay: Srinagar

Day 06 : Srinagar to Pahalgam (90 km / 3 hrs)

Depart for Pahalgam (hotels near main city center, simpler than Srinagar - upgrades available). Pass saffron fields and cricket bat factory in Pampore (avoid long shopping). After arrival, visit Baisaran by horse (own expense). River rafting not recommended. Meals: [B, L, D] Stay: Pahalgam

Day 07 : Pahalgam - Betab Valley Excursion

Visit Betab Valley, Aru Valley and Chandanwari on your own by local union taxi (own expense). Meals: [B, L, D] Stay: Pahalgam

Day 08 : Pahalgam to Katra (250 km / 8 hrs)

Depart from Pahalgam for Katra. Meals: [B, D] Stay: Katra

Day 09 : Katra - Vaishno Devi Visit

Morning departure from Katra to Mata Vaishno Devi Temple (at your own discretion and expense). Meals: [B, D] Stay: Katra

Day 10 : Tour End - Katra Drop

Tour concludes with drop at Katra Railway Station. Complimentary drop once at 4:30 AM for Jammu Railway Station. Jammu Airport drop at own expense. Meals: [B] Stay: -

Tour Inclusions:

Accommodation on twin-sharing basis in above-mentioned or similar category hotels (confirmed at time of booking).
Complimentary use of hotel recreation facilities as per hotel terms & conditions (subject to availability).
Surface transportation from pickup to drop (Srinagar to Srinagar round trip + local sightseeing) as per itinerary, using individual vehicles based on family size.
Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner as per the itinerary.

Any airfare/train fare (not included in package cost).
Personal expenses (tips, phone calls, fax, internet, games, sauna, steam, Jacuzzi, laundry, extra vehicle hire, bar, room heaters, discotheque, or similar).
Pony/horse rides, boat rides, safaris, rafting, skiing/skating, cable car/ropeway rides, etc.
Entrance fees at monuments and guide charges (wherever applicable).
Additional sightseeing tours and excursions (all major sightseeing covered once as per itinerary).
Vehicle access limited to parking points/last possible points (subject to road & government conditions).
Any services not specifically mentioned in the "Package Inclusions."

Payment Policy

Payment - Booking: 100% advance for tickets OR 25% of total package.
Payment - Balance: 75% cleared 20 days prior to departure; short-notice within 2-3 days; spot booking full payment.
Cancellation - Before 30 days: Communication charges of Rs2,000₹ per person.
Cancellation - 30-15 days prior: 25% of total package cost.
Cancellation - 14-07 days prior: 50% of total package cost.
Cancellation - 07-03 days prior: 75% of total package cost.
Cancellation - Within 03 days/No show: Full amount (non-refundable).
We will make our best efforts to minimize cancellation charges.
Amendment Terms: Amendments treated as cancellations; minor changes on communication charges.

Note

Minimum Group Size: Need 10-15 passengers on same date for full kitchen/Maharaj food service.
Flight Delays: TOURS & TRAVELS organizer not responsible for flight delays/cancellations.
Private Innova: No extra facilities. Follow tour manager for meal timings & itinerary.
Pack Light: 1 small/medium 4-wheel suitcase per person + cross-shoulder bag for sightseeing.
Essentials: Cap/hat, sunglasses, dry snacks, umbrella/poncho, universal adapter, comfortable clothes/footwear.
Adults: Aadhaar Card / Driving Licence / Voter ID / Passport (back & front).
Children: Aadhaar Card / Passport / School ID (back & front).
Infants: Aadhaar Card / Birth Certificate (back & front). Carry same ID as booking + 2 passport photos.
