Hotel Arrangement

• Tourists will be provided A/C rooms for 4 nights in Katra and 1 night A/C room in Amritsar.
• In a double-bedded room, 3 persons will be accommodated with 1 extra mattress.
• In a double-bedded room, if 4 persons are accommodated, only 1 extra mattress will be provided.
• If a package for 4 persons is booked in a double-bedded room, 3 persons will be required to sleep on the double bed and the 4th person will be provided an extra mattress on the floor; congestion is unavoidable, or an additional room must be booked.
• Any additional extra mattress required must be paid directly in cash at the hotel counter.
• In Tour-2, the facility of a tour manager will not be available.

Vehicle Arrangement

• In Tour-1, travel to Patnitop and Shivkhodi will be arranged by bus or smaller vehicles on a rotation system.
• Travel to Wagah Border will be conducted as per tempo arrangement.
• In Tour-2, Amritsar travelers or other vehicles will be arranged only if there are more than 10 tourists.
• If the number of tourists is less than 10, the difference in vehicle cost will have to be paid separately.

Meal Arrangement

• If the number of tourists is less than 25, lunch will not be provided; only breakfast and dinner will be served from the hotel restaurant.
• For Tour-1 tourists, pure vegetarian meals will be arranged daily in Katra by our own Gujarati chef.
• For Tour-2 tourists, breakfast and dinner in Amritsar will be provided from the hotel restaurant.
• Mineral water will be chargeable at the tourist’s own expense.
• Jain meals will be available but must be informed to the tour manager in advance.
