Itinerary
Day 1: Delhi to Haridwar (220 km, 7 to 8 hours)
Departure from Delhi Cantt Railway Station at 6:30 AM. Arrival in Haridwar by bus and check-in at the hotel. In the evening, witness the Ganga Aarti and darshan at Har-Ki-Pauri Ghat. Meals: Lunch, Dinner Stay: Haridwar
Day 2: Haridwar to Barkot (240 km, 8 to 9 hours)
Morning departure from Haridwar to Barkot. Arrival in Barkot and check-in at the hotel.Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Stay: Barkot
Day 3: Barkot to Janaki Chatti (30 km, approximately 2 hours)
Early morning departure from Barkot to Janaki Chatti by bus, followed by a 6 km trek to Yamunotri (doli on own expense). Darshan of Yamuna Ji. Return to Barkot in the evening.Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Stay: Barkot
Day 4: Barkot to Uttarkashi (110 km, 5 to 6 hours)
Morning departure to Uttarkashi. Arrival and check-in at the hotel. Visit Kashi Vishwanath Mahadev Temple.Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Stay: Uttarkashi
Day 5: Uttarkashi to Gangotri (100 km, 4 to 5 hours)
Early morning departure to Gangotri. Take a dip in the hot water tank en route, arrive at Gangotri, and perform seva-puja. Return to Uttarkashi in the evening.Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, DinnerStay: Uttarkashi
Day 6: Uttarkashi to Phata (224 km, 10 to 11 hours)
Morning departure to Phata. Enroute, visit the confluence of Alaknanda and Mandakini Rivers at Rudraprayag. Arrival in Phata and check-in at the hotel.Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Stay: Phata
Day 7: Phata to Kedarnath (35 km)
Early morning departure from Phata to Gaurikund and then by doli/helicopter (own expense) to Kedarnath. Check-in at the hotel and darshan of Lord Kedarnath.Meals: Breakfast, Lunch (Parshal), Dinner Stay: Kedarnath
Day 8: Kedarnath to Phata (35 km)
Early morning return from Kedarnath to Phata by doli/helicopter and bus. Check-in at the hotel.Meals: Breakfast, Dinner Stay: Phata
Day 9: Phata to Badrinath (219 km, 10 to 11 hours)
Morning departure to Badrinath. Arrival and check-in at the hotel.Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Stay: Badrinath
Day 10: Badrinath to Pipalkoti (75 km, 5 to 6 hours)
Take a bath in the hot water tank, have darshan of Lord Badrinath, and perform seva-puja. Proceed to Pipalkoti and check-in at the hotel.

Day 11: Pipalkoti to Haridwar (245 km, 9 to 10 hours)
Depart from Pipalkoti to Haridwar. Enroute, visit Devprayag and Rishikesh. Arrival in Haridwar and check-in at the hotel.Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Stay: Haridwar
Day 12: Departure from Haridwar
Depart from Haridwar to Delhi for the return journey. Drop-off at Haridwar Railway Station or New Delhi Railway Station will be arranged

Inclusions
There will be 11 nights / 12 days stay in hotels during the tour.
Accommodation:
- Room arrangements as per hotel check-in and check-out time.
- In Haridwar, only A/C rooms with deluxe accommodations.
- During the Char Dham Yatra, overnight stays will be in general category non-star Deluxe hotels.
- Non-A.C. rooms will be provided at all places.
- Room sharing options: Twin, triple, or quad (with bed or mattress, subject to availability and advance booking).
Transportation:
- Pickup from Delhi Cantt Railway Station and drop-off at New Delhi Railway Station.
- Departure for Haridwar at 6:30 AM from Delhi Cantt.
- SIC/Group transportation for pickup and drop-off. No night travel during the tour.
- Non-A/C vehicles will be used throughout the hill regions as per the tour itinerary.
Meals:
- Cuisines include Gujarati, Punjabi, South Indian, and Kathiyawadi prepared by the hotel stay.
- Daily meal arrangements: Morning tea-coffee-breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- On-site lunch provisions will be made in accordance with the team's determined setup and the directives of the tour manager.
- Water: 500ml bottled water provided three times daily.

Payment Policy
- Full payment for train and flight tickets is required at the time of booking confirmation.
- Advance payment of Rs. 5,000/- is required for reconfirmation of booking.
- 50% of the total booking amount must be paid 30 days prior to departure.
- The remaining balance must be paid 15 days before departure.
Cancellation Policy
- 100-70 Days Before Departure: No charge.
- 69-60 Days Before Departure: INR 5,000 per person.
- 59-30 Days Before Departure: INR 10,000 per person.
- 29-15 Days Before Departure: 75% of the total booking amount.
- Within 14 Days of Departure: 100% of the total booking amount.
- In the event of a tour cancellation by a participant during the tour, no refund will be issued. Similarly, no refunds will be applicable in circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, Government or Administrative, roadblocks.
Note: All cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds will be processed via Cheque, NEFT, or RTGS only.
Note
- Booking of helicopter tickets for Kedarnath must be done online by the passengers themselves.
- Organizations such as Pawan Hans, Himalayan Heli, Heritage Aviation, UT Air, Arrow Aircraft, GMVN Ltd provide helicopter facilities for Kedarnath.
- Passengers booking helicopter tickets must carry a doctors fitness certificate.
- Helicopter flying depends on weather conditions, and timings may change frequently. Passengers are advised to plan accordingly.
- In case of helicopter flight cancellation or delays, passengers must arrange alternate travel options at their own expense.
- Horses are an excellent option for travel between Gaurikund and Kedarnath, taking approximately 7 hours.
