Duration and Booking:

• There will be 7 nights / 8 days stay in hotels during the tour.
• (Note: The inclusions, exclusions, and package details are subject to change based on the final booking time and as shown on the booking confirmation.)

Accommodation:

• Room arrangements are subject to hotel check-in and check-out times and room availability.
• In Hardware, only A/C rooms with Deluxe accommodations will be provided.
• During the Do Dham Yatra, overnight stays will be in General Category Non-Star Deluxe hotels.
• Non-A.C. rooms will be provided at all locations in the hill regions.
• Room Sharing Options: Twin, Triple, or Quad (with bed or mattress, subject to availability and advance booking).
• Towel Policy: One towel will be provided for each twin-sharing room and two towels for each quad-sharing room.

Meals:

• Meals will be provided as per the tour itinerary.
• Cuisines include Gujarati, Punjabi, South Indian, and Kathiyawadi, all freshly prepared by our chef.
• Daily Meal Arrangements: Morning tea/coffee, breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Daily, only 2 liters of water bottle will be provided in the room.
• Mealtime water is provided via a jug as per the booking and tour itinerary.
• Packed Lunch Policy (for Private Bookings): Transportation to Kedarnath will include a packed lunch.
• Meals will be provided as per the tour plan. If the party requests any changes to the meal plan, they will have to bear the meal expenses themselves.
• On-site lunch arrangements will be organized according to the setup decided by the team and under the guidance of the Tour Manager.

Transportation:

• Pickup & Drop: Will be arranged as per the final confirmation (Group Booking Point).
• Group Transportation (SIC – Seat-In-Coach): Tempo Traveler or similar group vehicles will be used for pickup and drop-off services.
• No night travel will be conducted during the tour.
• All transportation between Delhi and Rishikesh (both ways) will be in A/C vehicles.
• Non-AC vehicles will be used throughout the hill regions as per the tour itinerary.
• Private Transportation: Private vehicles such as Swift Dzire, Ertiga, and Innova will be provided in both A/C and Non-A/C options, depending on the route and terrain.
• The following segments will be operated using Non-AC vehicles due to geographic and climatic considerations:
• The journey will begin after all required approvals, including RTO clearance and any other relevant permits, have been secured.

Deluxe Hotel :

• Comfortable and relaxing stay at Deluxe Hotels

Payment Policy:

• Train and Flight Tickets: Full payment is required at the time of booking confirmation.
• Advance Payment: 25% of the total tour cost is required for booking.
• Second Payment: 25% of the total booking amount must be paid 30 days prior to departure.
• Final Balance: The remaining balance must be paid 15 days before departure.

Cancellation Policy:

• The minimum advance amount is non-refundable.
• 30–15 Days Before Departure: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged.
• Within 14 Days of Departure: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged.
• All cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds will be processed via Cheque, NEFT, or RTGS only.

Excluded:

• Train and flight tickets (As per booking).
• Entry tickets.
• VIP darshan and entry fees (if applicable).
• Laundry and tips.
• Pony and dolly charges.

Important Note:

• Booking of helicopter tickets for Kedarnath must be done online by the passengers themselves.
• Organizations such as Pawan Hans, Himalayan Heli, Heritage Aviation, UT Air, Arrow Aircraft, and GMVN Ltd provide helicopter facilities for Kedarnath.
• Passengers booking helicopter tickets must carry a doctor's fitness certificate.
• Helicopter flying depends on weather conditions, and timings may change frequently. Passengers are advised to plan accordingly.
• In case of helicopter flight cancellation or delays, passengers must arrange alternate travel options at their own expense.
• Horses are an excellent option for travel between Gaurikund and Kedarnath, taking approximately 7 hours.

Payment Policy:

• Full payment for train and flight tickets is required at the time of booking confirmation.
• An advance payment of 20% of the total tour cost is required for booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid 20 days before departure.

Cancellation Policy:

• The minimum advance amount is non-refundable.
• 30 to 15 Days Before Departure: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged.
• Within 14 Days of Departure: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged.
