Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Jammu - Transfer to Katra

Upon your arrival in Jammu, you'll be greeted and transferred to Katra, the base for the pilgrimage to Mata Vaishno Devi. After check-in, relax and unwind at your hotel. Overnight stay in Katra.

Day 2: Mata Vaishno Devi Pilgrimage

Begin your day early with a 5 AM departure for the revered Mata Vaishno Devi shrine. After tea and breakfast, embark on the spiritual journey to seek blessings. After darshan, return to the hotel. Overnight stay in Katra.

Day 3: Excursion to Patnitop

After breakfast, depart for the scenic hill station of Patnitop. Enjoy lunch en route and spend the afternoon sightseeing (expenses for activities not included). After exploring the beautiful surroundings, return to your hotel in Katra for the night. Overnight stay in Katra.

Day 4: Shivkhori Pilgrimage

Following breakfast, embark on a journey to Shivkhori, a famous pilgrimage site dedicated to Lord Shiva. Enjoy lunch and proceed for darshan (activities at personal expense). After the darshan, return to Katra. Overnight stay in Katra.

Day 5: Departure

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to the railway station for your onward journey as per your train schedule.

Inclusions

  • Accommodation:
    • A/C rooms with deluxe accommodations.
    • Check-in/out as per hotel policies.
    • Room Occupancy: Twin, triple, or quad (with bed or mattress, subject to availability and advance booking).
  • Transportation:
    • Pickup and Drop-off: SIC/Group transportation for pickup and drop-off.
    • During Tour: Non-A/C vehicles used throughout the hill regions as per the tour itinerary.
  • Meals:
    • As Per Meal Plane Selected Above

Exclusions

  • Train and flight tickets.
  • Any entry tickets.
  • VIP darshan and entry fees (if applicable).
  • Laundry and tips.
  • Pony and dolly charges.

Payment Policy

  • Full payment for train and flight tickets is required at the time of booking confirmation.
  • 25% of the total booking amount is required for reconfirmation.
  • 50% of the total booking amount must be paid 30 days prior to departure.
  • The remaining balance must be paid 15 days before departure.

Cancellation Policy

  • 100-70 Days Before Departure: No charge.
  • 69-60 Days Before Departure: INR 5,000 per person.
  • 59-30 Days Before Departure: INR 10,000 per person.
  • 29-15 Days Before Departure: 75% of the total booking amount.
  • Within 14 Days of Departure: 100% of the total booking amount.

All cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds will be processed via Cheque, NEFT, or RTGS only.
