Accommodation:

• A/C rooms with deluxe accommodations (non-star hotels).
• Check-in/out as per hotel policies.
• Room Occupancy: Twin, triple, or quad (with bed or mattress, subject to availability and advance booking).

Transportation:

• Pickup and Drop-off: SIC/Group transportation.
• In the tour package, due to transportation limitations, each person is allowed to carry only **15 kg of luggage** and **one hand bag**.
• During Tour: Non-A/C vehicles throughout the hill regions, as per the tour itinerary.

Meals:

• Cuisines: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served daily. Choices include Gujarati, Punjabi, South Indian, and Kathiyawadi, prepared by our Maharaj.
• If there are 20 pax, a kitchen group will be provided. Otherwise, hotel food will be arranged on a meal plan **MAP ( Breakfast And Dinner )** basis.
• Water: 500ml bottled water provided three times daily.

• Train and flight tickets.
• Any entry tickets.
• Helicopter tickets.
• VIP darshan and entry fees (if any).
• Laundry and tips.
• Pony and dolly charges.

• Full payment for train and flight tickets is required at the time of booking confirmation.
• Advance Rs. 5,000/- of the total booking amount is required for reconfirmation.
• 50% of the total booking amount must be paid 30 days prior to departure.
• The remaining balance must be paid 15 days before departure.

• 100-70 Days Before Departure: No charge.
• 69-60 Days Before Departure: INR 5,000 per person.
• 59-30 Days Before Departure: INR 10,000 per person.
• 29-15 Days Before Departure: 75% of the total booking amount.
• Within 14 Days of Departure: 100% of the total booking amount.
• All cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds will be processed via Cheque, NEFT, or RTGS only.
