Day 01 : Delhi to Haridwar (220 km, 7-8 hours)

Departure from Delhi Cantt at 6:30 AM. Check-in at hotel in Haridwar. Attend Ganga Aarti at Har-Ki-Pauri. Meals: Night stay: Haridwar (L/D).

Day 02 : Haridwar to Barkot (200 km, 8-9 hours)

Morning departure to Barkot. Check-in at the hotel. Meals: Night stay: Barkot (B/L/D).

Day 03 : Yamunotri Temple (30 km, 2 hours)

Travel to Janaki Chatti, then to Yamunotri by doli/ghoda (own expense). Darshan at Yamunotri. Return to Barkot for the night. Meals: Night stay: Barkot (B/Pack L/D).

Day 04 : Barkot to Uttarkashi (110 km, 5-6 hours)

Morning departure for Uttarkashi. Visit Kashi Vishwanath Temple. Meals: Night stay: Uttarkashi (B/L/D).

Day 05 : Uttarkashi to Gangotri (100 km, 4-5 hours)

Travel to Gangotri. Darshan of Ganga Mata Temple and Ganga Snan. Return to Uttarkashi. Meals: Night stay: Uttarkashi (B/L/D).

Day 06 : Uttarkashi to Phata (224 km, 10-11 hours)

Morning departure to Phata. Visit Rudraprayag en route. Meals: Night stay: Phata (B/L/D).

Day 07 : Phata to Kedarnath (30 km) same day return

Early morning departure from Phata to Sonprayag Parking (30 km). Sonprayag By Local Jeep Gaurikund After Travel by Goda doli/helicopter (own expense) to Kedarnath. Darshan of Lord Kedarnath. Return to Phata. Meals: Night stay: Phatta (B/D). (Kedarnath Night Stay Own Exp)

Day 08 : Kedarnath To Phata To Pipalkoti (160 Km 7 -8 Hours)

Morning Kedarnath To Phatta Hotel Fresuup And Lunch After Procced To Pipalkoty . Night stay: Pipalkoti (B/D).

Day 09 : Badrinath Day Trip (75 km, 5-6 hours)

Morning bath in the hot springs at Badrinath. Darshan of Lord Badrinath, perform seva/puja. Visit Mana Village for sightseeing (Saraswati River, Ganesh Temple, Bhim Pul). Return to Pipalkoti. Meals: Night stay: Pipalkoti (B/D).

Day 10 : Pipalkoti to Haridwar (245 km, 9-10 hours)

Morning departure to Haridwar. Visit Devprayag and Rishikesh en route. Meals: Night stay: Haridwar (B/L/D).

Day 11 : Haridwar to Delhi (approx. 220 km)

Depart for Delhi. Drop-off at Haridwar or New Delhi Railway Station. Meals: End of the tour.

There will be 10 nights / 11 days stay in hotels during the tour.

Accommodation:

Room arrangements as per hotel check-in and check-out time.
In Haridwar, only A/C rooms with deluxe accommodations.
During the Char Dham Yatra, overnight stays will be in general category non-star Deluxe hotels.
Non-A.C. rooms will be provided at all places.
Room sharing options: Twin, triple, or quad (with bed or mattress, subject to availability and advance booking).
Provide one towel for each twin-sharing room and two towels for each four-sharing room.

Transportation:

Pickup from Delhi Cantt Railway Station and drop-off at New Delhi Railway Station.
Departure for Haridwar at 6:30 AM from Delhi Cantt.
SIC/Group transportation for pickup and drop-off. No night travel during the tour.
Non-A/C vehicles will be used throughout the hill regions as per the tour itinerary.
The trip can begin after RTO and all other clearances are obtained.

Meals:

Cuisines include Gujarati, Punjabi, South Indian, and Kathiyawadi prepared by the hotel stay.
Daily meal arrangements: Morning tea-coffee-breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
On-site lunch provisions will be made in accordance with the team's determined setup and the directives of the tour manager.
Water: 500ml bottled water provided three times daily.

Payment Policy

Full payment for train and flight tickets is required at the time of booking confirmation.
Advance payment of Rs. 5,000/- is required for reconfirmation of booking.
50% of the total booking amount must be paid 30 days prior to departure.
The remaining balance must be paid 15 days before departure.

Cancellation Policy

Please see the cancellation fees below:

Minimum advance amount is non-refundable.
100-70 Days Before Departure: No charge.
69-60 Days Before Departure: INR 5,000 per person.
59-30 Days Before Departure: INR 10,000 per person.
29-15 Days Before Departure: 75% of the total tour cost.
Within 14 Days of Departure: 100% of the total tour cost.

All cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds will be processed via Cheque, NEFT, or RTGS only.

Note

Booking of helicopter tickets for Kedarnath must be done online by the passengers themselves.
Organizations such as Pawan Hans, Himalayan Heli, Heritage Aviation, UT Air, Arrow Aircraft, GMVN Ltd provide helicopter facilities for Kedarnath.
Passengers booking helicopter tickets must carry a doctors fitness certificate.
Helicopter flying depends on weather conditions, and timings may change frequently. Passengers are advised to plan accordingly.
In case of helicopter flight cancellation or delays, passengers must arrange alternate travel options at their own expense.
Horses are an excellent option for travel between Gaurikund and Kedarnath, taking approximately 7 hours.
